3d animation shit lightin.

only took 3 hours to render cos i kept it beautifully dumbed down.
the lightin i didnt realise would be an issue till id rendered it, so this is my second render, despite the title, but first admissable attempt since its not pitch black.

im gonna sort it out for the actual hand in, but for this one im fucked for itme. hpoefully ya can see how stupidly hard i tried with the probs and everythin.haha ignore the shit bits.

im pretty happy with the cabinet and stuff ive done, bit gutted it took me about an hour to attempt a teapot when theres already a pre made one chillin on th program.haha and the knobs on the cupboard are abit too uniform, somethin ill have a go at ladda if ive time. still so much to do. not even started the third world ! no way im givin it up.

thiiiis is a half rendered still of a glass cup i attempted. not the best thing ever.haha btu just imagin i gave it time to sort itself out before saving. had to change the rendering setup thing, but then decided i didnt even want it. glass is generally overated.

to be quiiite honest, im almost enjoyin animation, like all the back up work. i think the fact i got a start on it helped me hugeely with actually creating things, so im pretty pleased with myself, and amatuer creations. ten out of ten for me.

adding a bitta texture to the tree..

Using the material editor button that hides on the top right hand side o the screen, you can import images and use them to texturise fings. this is my attempt of a tree, which i gotta say i was well happy with. considering.

i downloaded the image as a .bmp file, and stuck it on the material editor bit, and then onto the little thing i made, had to group all the basic shapes to get the tree lookin like a bit like a tree. haha a hugely simplistic explanation.

haha this is my mad scientist, i wanted him to look all fake, and wooden and cardboardy, gonna dart in waverly tomorro and see if i can find some way to animate it, roma said somethin about using a link and pivot point, so cant wait to do that. erg

we had abit of a chat from the second years today about which pathway to sit on, massively confusing, all the pathways have the potential to be ace if you hit it with the right attitude.

haha befuddlin me too much, but i saw this drawing a while ago, i forgot who's responsible for it, but looking at it made me feel better so its on here.

and this is a grotty old photo i love, and remember being taken, haha its my brother, of the le10 militants, not bothered about puttin it on here cos he never looks at this, but it makes me dead happy seein it.
