Not long after the last post, I hit up onto this exhibition via Facebook, Switch studios is very much about social networking and indirect exhibitions.

It was incredible. Kid30 (Smallkid ) had a collection of weirdly intriguing dead things, illustrations and prints. My camera’s dog shite, but here’s a few pictures I out sourced from emdunn’s camera, and jays. If I had spare money’s I’d have definitely invested in one of the prints available.

The studios is pretty small, 2 rooms, one was oozing with sharks heads, maps, traveling curiosity and mystery’s, the other had a fuck off picture of a fish on it. Literally, best exhibition I’ve been to in a while.

Led to some more upcoming shows and things I wanna take a look at and use to inspire and help me with my work, although indirectly relevant, never a bad thing to soak up a scene and incred artwork to inform designs and ideas.

looked at a few of the briefs, clients gonna have to go on a back burner, whatever it is, and research untill context is in.

This weekend is out of bounds for work, all sorts of horrid commotion arising. Sundays the day to commence.

So excited to get more opportunities to do this sort of character illustration, fully what im into.

weird as fuck.
everything did a massive changer. 
weren't in the best place come the end of last term, stuff had done a massive shufty and I was getting badly lost tryna get a grip on things. managing to get together a few hundred to rent a room in Hinckley was an incredibly feat though ! last summer before graduation, perfect closer and all that. fingers crossed I aint gonna be back here again, no feeezabubble way to explain why i would be.

eager as possible to get back to uni and enjoy web and illustration ! MANAGED TO GET SOME WORK! paid fucking work. for the thing i buzz about the most, haha. only done one bit, but still. another time another post. probably the one i write after this.

SUMMER HIGHLIGHTS.

spiffed off to weymouth with the family, first family holiday ive been invited to in years. Christmas has got the go ahead an all. thats gone bloody incredible.

took a crafty trip down to weymouth for the weekend, took a shit tent a car and some ciders and went for a wander caught a fish on the end of a crab line. haha pretty much photo montage times.

thursday friday and saturday were good.
The hives were amazing live, complete underdogs. The skints, The cure, Foo Fighters, Black keys, Band of Skulls, Faimly of the year,  Little comets, everything was good. Saturday night got incredible tho, Went for wanders doin a load of good stuff haha. Come sunday it had gone pretty much perfect.
Everyone managed t stay together pretty much the whole day. Getting fucked with the right people right time right fucking sound, so good !
Right to front for Kasabian with jamie n toad, right to the front of cribs! who referenced 08 haha which i loved. Scroobius pip was so fucking gooood !!load more ciders and whatever, fires and all that, then off out t enjoy the end of the festy buzz. incredible.
